The party has ended, there's nowhere to sleep. The floor is littered with snoozing greasy strangers. The beds are full of those who can afford to pay their rent. The only place to lie is a kind of bench below a table and you can't get comfortable enough to sleep so you just stand, staring out the window, most of the city lights are out apart from the few that never so much as blink. It's cold outside so you don't open the window but it's too warm in here for comfort. No ventilation, Hard to breathe. 7 hours til the buses start running again.
